    Reset your browser settings
Open Chrome. At the top right, click More More and then Settings. At the bottom, click Advanced.
Under 'Reset Settings', click Reset Settings and then Reset.
Click Restore settings to their original defaults and then Reset Settings.
If you removed unwanted programs or reset your browser settings, you might need to turn some extensions back on. To turn on extensions, at the top right, click More More and then More Tools and then Extensions. Only turn on extensions that you trust.

If you still have pop ups, you may reset the Chromebook and this should fix the issue.
    >>Reset using shortcut keys
    Sign out of your Chromebook.
Press and hold Ctrl + Alt + Shift + r.
Select Restart. In the box that appears, select Powerwash and then Continue.
Follow the steps that appear and sign in with your Google Account.
Note: The account you sign in with after you reset your Chromebook will be the owner account.
    >>Reset using the Settings menu
Sign in to your Chromebook. At the bottom right, select the time. Select Settings Settings.
At the bottom, select Advanced. In the "Powerwash" section, select Powerwash and then Restart.
In the box that appears, select Powerwash and then Continue.
Follow the steps that appear and sign in with your Google Account.

Once you've reset your Chromebook: Follow the onscreen instructions to set up your Chromebook. Check if the problem is fixed.
