Hi everyone!

Just bought Swift 1 SF114-32 a few months ago and here is a problem.
After it goes to sleep mode the laptop sometimes doesn't turn on. When I put the charge wire in the light, on the right side, shows that it charges but still dosn't turn on.
Power button doesn't work either. The only solution is to push the tiny battery reset button for a while and only when it's not charging.
It shows that battery reset helps but it a;ready happed 3 or 4 times.
I live in the very cold climate and I often have my laptop in my bag when I am otside moving from one location to another.
Is it just because of the cold that has such effect on the battery or there could be something else?
Thanks.

Does it happen when the device is exposed to cold temperatures only or it happens when it is warm as well?
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

    Here is the thing:

My girlfriend has Swift-1 SF113-31 and me Swift 1 SF114-32.
My GF's laptop has the same problem, but with here it always happend when the laptop was in a warm room because it was summer, as I remember.
But with mine it only happend when it was, as you say, exposed to cold temperature, like now, during winter, right.
Sounds a bit weird, yes, but it is how it is.
May be we both have different sources of this issue or may be the same.
    That's what broght mw here.

    Thanks,
    Bulat

As you have mentioned you already tried battery reset.

In windows go to device manager>battery>compliant compliant control method battery and uninstall, then restart the device and see if that will help.
