I'VE HAD THIS PROBLEM EVER SINCE I BOUGHT THIS LAPTOP. MY GAMES WON'T WORK EVEN THE GAMES FROM STEAM

    Uninstall and install internal and external GPU drivers, one after other, and then install directx again.
    Also post the error you see you screen, than a generic "is not working".
