Hi,
there is no possibility to control  fans (cpu and gpu) using Predator Sense application for Acer Predator G9-593. 

I am asking how come that so basic functionality is not available for product pretending to gaming??? 
I do not vant to overclock it or do anything to harm the machine. I just want to adjust the fans so that the temperature will be lower or noise will be lower depending on MY NEEDS. 

I asked Acer support via e-mail and was told "currently we do not plan to update Acer Predator software". 
Also, I tried 3rd party apps to control it but it looks Acer locked this possibility completely. 

This is so annoying and unbelievable. 
If I knew about it before buying this laptop I would choose the competition. 

If Acer will not fix it I will never ever buy their product again. 

This is simply not acceptable.

@azzido that is completely correct predator 15/17 variants the Predator Sense software doesn't have fan control never had and never will only helios variants have it and the software its not the same completely different same as the hardware not same motherboard neither bios neither the cooling unit, the fans are controlled via bios ( the settings are encoded in bios) the coolboost is still on via bios cannot be changed not accessible to the average user only on unlocked bios (complicated to do and warranty voided) or acer software coders it will perform as usual the higher the temp the higher the fans will work and u shouldn't have any thermal issues with is if you have just optimize windows/undervolt and if needed repaste i don't see any issue here if you wanted fan control you should had got an helios variant instead the predators 15/17 are already old models and in time will be discontinued in my view same as the massive and expensive predator 21x and in fact it was your own choice to buy an old model no one forced you to it you were the one who should had investigated properly before you bought it i didn't spent £1100 on my G3-572 just because i did all my work pretty well before i bought it as its not like going to the store and buying a normal laptop it's expensive so not a light decision and will all the upgrades i did so far (memory/ssd/hdd and accessories) it's value jumped up to £2000
