Chrome OS missing or damaged?

I purchased my Chromebook C910 through CDWG on  February 7, 2018.  My attempt to turn it on today was haulted when the screen displayed the  message Chrome OS missing or damaged.  I have don a power wash with the same result.  Also have tried 3 different recovery USB sticks with the same result.  The phone message that I got was that this product is out of warranty and it is not yet a year old.  please advise.

    If you have a receipt dated in February there shouldn't be any problem with warranty. The error sounds like there may be an issue with the storage, leaving the OS corrupted. The last thing you might try before getting the warranty service is to reinstall the OS from a USB flash drive.

    Thank you for the suggestion.  I have tried to reinstall from USB with no luck.  I will look for  my receipt tonight.
