Just got the Acer Predator X34 Pbmiphzx Ultrawide monitor, I can connect via HDMI no problem but display port seems to be unrecognized.

It seems like this is a common issue, not sure if anyone has found a reliable solution.

I'd like to use the G-Sync feature via Display port to get up to 120Hz. No point in buying a 1k monitor that is 50Hz.

Video card is RTX 2080 TI

Please help :)

Make sure that you have switched to DP as input signal form the OSD menu.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

Yes, I have done this.. How else would I see "No Signal" if I have not switched to DP input in OSD menu.

If you are sure the issue is with the monitor I would suggest you to send it back for a replacement or contact Acer support.
