how much the maximum memory in 1 slot of acer aspire e1-432g?

i want to upgrade to 8gb 1x8gb  because my laptop only 1 slot and the second slot not solder or no holder missing

    This info shows that you can install up to 4GB DDR3 on a single slot, but I don't think 8GB should be a problem. What CPU is the device running with?


    Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

    Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

    The CPU supports up to 16GB DDR3, so I think it should be able to take 8GB single module.

    my cpu is Intel® Celeron® Processor 2955U

    gpu nvidia gt 720m
