I've owned this monitor for a couple of years now. I thought it was giving me 100hz, its overclocked to 100hz, gaming 100fps is the max I get and its pretty much locked at that rate in most games. However Nvidia Control Panel has a max refresh option of 75hz. Choice is 50, 60 or 75hz. Info screen on monitor OSD is 75hz. This is annoying the hell out of me, I didn't pay nearly £1000 for a 75hz monitor. I'm using the displayport cable that came with the monitor, I've ordered another that has great reviews but am I missing something here? All drivers up to date, latest Nvidia drivers. If I try and create a custom resolution in Nvidia Control Panel and put 76hz the screen goes blank and about 10 secs later it comes back. i'm guessing there is a window asking if this setting works but as I can't see it it defaults back.

Just thought I'd answer this. Turned out to be a bad Display Port lead.
