Bluetooth issues with Acer Swift SF315-52

Hi all,

Since when I bought this laptop (11 days ago), I have been experiencing issues with my Bluetooth. I normally connect to my laptop via Bluetooth either my stereo or my headset. In both cases, the sound is distorted, crashes (like if it brakes), and sometimes it even disappears for a good 20 seconds for then reappearing for 5 and disappears again etc.

I read around the net about several possible solutions, and I tried (in order):
1 - Remove the devices and pair them once more
2 - Remove the "hands free telephony" from the device properties
3 - Uninstall the driver, download the newest version from the Acer website and install it.

None of these methods worked.
I am totally out of ideas and some help would be much appreciated.
