Hi! I have an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-42 notebook and I want to ask if this HP SSD EX900 M.2 500GB is compatible with it. Unfortunately, I can't see this SSD in the bios 1.11. I need an SSD with 500GB.

that's because its an NVMe, the amd ryzen nitro only supports m.2 sata, look for a sata 3 m.2, according to Acer up to 2TB are supported, they haven't tested with larger capacities. BUT it has to be a sata m.2 not an NMVe as it wont be compatible

I don't see anything that would make the SSD incompatible... If it was installed correctly in the M.2 Slot then it would have been detected right away. Is there any kind of error that displays when you're in the BIOS?
