ACER entered wrong warranty end date, How do we correct?

We cannot get customer service to respond because we are told out of warranty because tech support entered wrong end date to warranty.  Laptop purchased 12/19/18 is black screen.

    It is best to contact them on the phoneline or write them on live chat.
    Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

    Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

    Please contact acer at http://www.acer.com/worldwide/support/.
    Inform them about the same. They will give you a link to update the purchase invoice copy on that link. Then the back end team will update the warranty .
    They did the same for me.
