Mother board fans start but no signal on screen (G31T-M5 Acer)

Hii friends,
Tomorrow my computer work normal but today at morning I tried to boot it up again but and it didn't 
It just beep continuously without pause with no signal on screen I tried to chek ram for issue I changed its place cleaned it but it continues to beep 
Fans are running but no lights on the indicator i have just change the chod battery but no change
Mother board specifications 
G31T-M5 Acer 
Processor Intel Pentium E8600 3.33GHZ 
NO graphics card 
4gb ddr2 2 sticks
2 hdd 1tb wd blue and 300 gb Hitachi
I also check by removing one by one ram and hardisk but problem remain same
And one more thing fewdays ago its take long time to get on logon screen and also to shutdown

Hi dear i am sure is a RAM issue try frist the number 4 suggestion!,
1- check the fan and if need be, replace the heat sink paste for the CPU
2- check your keyboard, is it plugged in correctly?
3- Try to clean ram slots, sometimes there is some dusty...
4- Take an erasar (the one that you use at school) clean softly on the ram pin, the color it should be GOLD and not black or gray.
5- try different ram stick ( maybe from one of your friend but check the compatibility with your motherboard before installing)
