Are there new versions of the PredatorSense softwareor is this program tied to a specific model? Is it possible to officially install other newer versions?

Or Most likely the problem is in the software or is there a solution for CoolBoost.

Tnx

Not sure but i think its specific model as the G3-571 is already old and if you don't see it in you model downloads on acer support the new version might not even work with your model on mine i have the latest 2.01.3005

I do not recommend using a newer Quick Access downloaded from other laptop's driver page because the software released for your model might be older, but it might have some specific tweakings for your model.
If there is a newer version for your specific model then an update warning window will pop when you open Quck Access.

What temps are you getting btw?

Coolboost usually starts to help in when the CPU goes above 80C.

Cool boost typically only activates when needed.

Hi, now I've got over 90C, but RPM is still 4500

If you are using both Acer Quick Access and Predator Sense; make sure CoolBoost is enabled in both of them.

When you set the fans to maximum in PS, this overrides CoolBoost. Setting them back to Auto will result in a lower fan speed but should still leave CoolBoost enabled. AFAIK CoolBoost will not spin the fans up to maximum RPM as you can do manually in PS. It does however raise the RPM level several hundred RPM above the factory limit which is something like 5400RPM. Overall, you have roughly 3 operating levels of fan speed you can choose from (Auto, Auto + CoolBoost, or Full/Max).
