Hotkeys are not working on new Acer Swift 3

Hi there
I have recently purchased a new Acer Swift 3. I have found that the hotkeys don't seem to be working. If I select the FN button, I cannot do functions like lower the screen brightness, toggle wifi, adjust the volume, etc. I have googled this and appears that there should be a Acer Launch Manager installed. I don't see it installed, plus if I go to the driver page for this laptop, there is no option to download it. The only application I am given to download is Quick Access, which is installed but doesn't seem to give me the hotkey function
Appreciate any help

Update on this. It appears that some of the hotkeys are working - airplane mode toggle, volume, track pad toggle all seem to work, however the brightness keys do not. If I hold the FN key and try to lower or increase the brightness using the left and right arrow keys, nothing happens

Open Control Panel. Search 'brightness'. Click 'adjust screen brightness' in left pane. Does screen brightness slider work on the bottom of the page? If not, try this user's solution https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/comment/591344/#Comment_591344 then try it again with the hotkey. Jack E/NJ

@TORBUCK I had the same problem, I received a Swift 3 on September 2019, and three or four months later, the hotkeys F3 and F4 were not functionning anymore. All other hotkeys were fine. I just downloaded a new version of Acer Care Center and installed it, and these hotkeys worked again ! Each time I tried to launch the Care Center, there was an error window saying that it couldn't initialize, blah blah...
The link (for my model of computer) is this one : https://global-download.acer.com/GDFiles/Application/Acer Care Center/Acer Care Center_Acer_4.00.3002_W10x64_A.zip?acerid=637176061753539004&Step1=ULTRA-THIN&Step2=SWIFT&Step3=SF314-54G&OS=ALL&LC=fr&BC=ACER&SC=EMEA_13
You should check out for yours first : https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers
Hope this helps
