    You haven't uploaded an image.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

@edzul bios 1.22 has the backlit keyboard settings setup to save battery so it will switch off everytime 30s after the last stroke this cannot be changed its built into the bios code itself (this is not a bug as everyone has been saying everywhere its intended and its permanent in the next bios versions) and was implemented by acer to save battery hope this answers your question.

@Ironman29 you question cannot be answered as you didn't uploaded any image of the issue and the backlight bleed on ips is usually a pretty common normal issue sometimes can be improved by releasing the screen bezel screws as they might be too tight or the other way around but as @ven98 said we all need you to upload an image of it in order to give more help
