Why does my newly installed ADATA XPG SX8000 ssd not show up in computer management?

I recently installed the ssd in the PCIe Gen3x4 slot on my mother board but it does not show up in computer management or in the bios.  Is there some sort of driver i need to download to get it working?

because that is an NVME SSD. and the nitros only support Sata III ssds (max speed 500mb/s) m.2 ssd's, an nvme will not work. I have a 1TB m.2 sata 3 m.2 ssd installed myself, you just have to make sure its sata 3, Acer told me up to 2TB are officially supported, newegg has some decent sales and prices on sata 3 m.2 ssd, its worth checking it out.
