Iconia W4 820 critical process died

Hi! I need help please. Tablet wont go past the windows sign-in. It always goes to the blue screen with StopCode Critical Process Died.
This did not happen after an update or a reset.
Already tried the ff options
1. Reset > all options > says there is a problem and goes back without changes made
2. Restore point >  cant find a restore point, though there is I know cause I made one.
3. Start up repair > nope didn't change a thing
4. CHKDSK > no problems found on C >
 now there is a drive letter x: and chkdsk says some errors were found> but it is write protected.
5. did try to make a bootable USB. but was not able to boot it.
followed some instructions on booting. selecting the usb hdd as the first boot / unsecuring the boot/ but it wont boot on the usb.

I sure as would like to reformat this thing but I don't have a keyboard as of the moment that I could connect this to the tablet.

 Here are some reasons why Critical process Died error occurs.
 1.Compatibility issue: when upgrading a new system, the hardware or drivers are not upgraded, and the compatibility issue appears, so your computer is always needed to restart.
2. Ram issue: when there is something wrong in the memory, the blue screen or 0x000000ef error will occur.
3. Virus attack: the virus lives everywhere and it often attacks your computer which can makes this error existent. 
4. System files are corrupted or modified: if you need to restart your computer again and again, it may be because of the corrupted or modified files.
5. Disk has bad sectors: after you use a hard drive for a long time, there may be some bad sectors in this disk. And it may cause this problem. 

So before I go ahead with how to fix this, I will like to know if you have upgraded the OS on the tablet.
