Trying to repair older PC - Need replacement CPU fan for Acer ATC-105-UR10

I can't afford a new PC right now but my older one's fan is dying.  I've thoroughly cleaned it but it's gotten to the point where I have to manually jump start the fan each time I turn it on (I have to hand rotate the fan until it kicks in).  This means I have to leave the side off and it also makes a terrible racket.  Anyway, I used to be better at this sort of thing (PC repair) but I need to know what replacement part I need to order, if I need the silver stuff to reattach the heatsink and if there are any dangers to avoid, problems to look for, etc.  Any help would be appreciated since this PC is the only way I can work.  Thanks in advance!

if you cange the whole heatsink+fan hassembly, probably you will need some thermal paste (silver stuff).
that the original name and part number
    ASSY COOLER AMD FM1 100W aeParker - HI.12900.040

by the way, normally the fan is screwed or blocked on some way on the top of the heatsink and if you are able to take it apart, you can search only the fan part.
    same dimensions and connector.
    I'm not an Acer employee.
