What is wrong with my Acer Aspire Notebook

I have an Acer Aspire 3 SSD Notebook. It is about 1 month old. It has a habit of freezing if I leave the screen idle for a few minutes. I have to press the power button for some seconds to switch off so that I can switch it back on to get it running again.
This is the second Acer Aspire 3 SSD I have had. The first one had exactly the same problem so I took it back and received the present one in exchange.
When I reported the problem with the first one to Acer technicians all they could suggest was that I did a reset. I did this but it made no difference, which is why I returned it.
Can any one please advise me where the fault may lie or should I just return it to the shop where I purchased it and get a Dell or HP say.

What is the exact model of your laptop? For example A315-nnx-xxxx.

Sorry, I thought I had provided sufficient inf. The notebook is An Acer Aspire 3 model A314-31-P25A. It has an Intel Pentium Quad Core Processor N4200 with a 128GB SSD. Its O/S is Windows 10.

You can try with updating the intel graphics driver to latest version from intel's website.

As reported by colleague ven98, update the drivers! I usually use the free version of the driverbooster. However you update the drivers through idhardware.

I also suggest you to disable fast start up in power options!

Thanks for your responses. I have updated drivers using Driver Booster but could not locate Fast Start in Power Options. However I have upped the timings to Sleep etc. I now wait to see if these mods. cure the fault. I will report back. Thanks again.
