Hello,

I recently bought the 'acer nitro VG220Qbmiix' as an extra monitor. When I plugged it in to the power outlet and into my laptop, the standard brightness was really low and i can't see what's going on on the screen. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Thanks.

Try the below steps and check
1.Try to increase the brightness on the monitors
2.Just unplug all cables that connects to the monitor (Including power cable from the wall socket) than press and hold the power button on the monitor for 30 seconds and check
    3.update the drivers.

I tried to increase the brightness, but at it's fullest it still didn't do anything. So then I tried the other things you suggested and they also didn't work.
