Will a faulty graphics card be covered in the warranty?

So in my predator, the graphics card is dying. Its almost a year sense purchase. I read the warranty file and found this:
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER AND ACER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• RESULTS OF NORMAL USAGE, SUCH AS GRADUAL IMAGE DEGRADATION, UNEVEN SCREEN AGING, BURNED-IN IMAGES AND PIXEL FAILURE WITHIN DESIGNED SPECIFICATIONS OR THAT DO NOT MATERIALLY ALTER THE PRODUCTS FUNCTIONALITY;
It almost sounds like it doesn't cover it. Anyone know if the graphics card can be replaced under warranty? Warranties and legal documents are hard to understand, along with my short attention span.

    How do you know it's dying? Sounds like it's still working but maybe not to your satisfaction. What doesn't satisfy you? Jack E/NJ

    Neither the gpu neither the cpu can be replaced what can be replaced it's the full motherboard, gpu/cpu are not removable and the cpu is only removable on old laptops from 6 to 8 years ago the gpu was never removable in any laptops before unless its a very expensive desktop transformed into a laptop which are completely fully upgradable the only helios which you can upgrade the cpu it's the ryzen version the h500 and as @JackE
    said what makes u think your gpu has issues and u also didn't gave any info on the exact model and the specs

    At first FPS was good say 90 with some high settings on World of Warcraft. Then one day the FPS dropped to about 15ish no matter where i went in the game. Changed the settings to lowest for everything in game, then was able to get around 40ish away from large cities. Then about 2-3 weeks later of that, I log in and black lines are flashing everywhere; up, down, left, right, all angles too. It was like a weird shadow effect going crazy i think.
    I tested out Farcry 5, and the result was alot different. There were tons of stationary light orbs all over the screen (kind of like disco mirror balls) and the coloring of everything was out of this world, and you couldn't make out what anything was in the game, like fences, cars, guns, etc.
    Another weird effect im getting, missing letters in the screen...everywhere! From the log in screen when you power up the laptop to text in the windows menus and text on web pages. Its crazy! lol

    Another side note for gaming, I hopped onto Minecraft and didnt see any issues for a couple minutes, so i just shut it down, wasn't interested in playing any further.

    Did u upgraded the nvidia drivers lately i know that the 417.22 (if im not mistaken ) had fps issues nvidia devs screwed up have u also checked your temps you might have thermal throttling and also one of the latest windows version update screwed up fps too as far as i read (this is why i never update windows if i don't have issues just disabled it permanently) from what u have stated it might also be the screen have u tried to plug in and external monitor to see if the same happens

    I'm using the 417.35 driver, which i tried to upgrade twice sense the first issue. And i think windows has always been automatic updates, i haven't changed it to not do so anyway. I just did the monitor test, and the same thing happens for it too.

    Try to completely uninstall the gpu driver with DDU and reinstall it see if it gets better

    Next time this happens, immediately HDMI out to a TV. If the TV mirrors the lid screen weirdness, then the gpu controller is suspect. If the TV screen seems OK, then you either need to reseat the video ribbon cable connectors a few times to clean its contacts at the mainboard and LCD inverter board --- or --- it needs to be replaced due to conductor trace breaks in the hinge area from opening and closing the lid too much. It's most likely the mainboard part no. NB.Q1V11.001 , not the display. Arrange for a warranty repair ASAP . Have your serial number id (SNID) ready and go here https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support Jack E/NJ
