Acer Aspire 3..A315-41G-R4BW wont display after i update the Microsoft Display driver into any drver

Good Day! sir/maam!

I have just bought my Acer Aspire 3..A315-41G-R4BW wont display after i update the Microsoft Display driver into any driver made by AMD or ACER..it will just make the screen Black..i tried so many times.with different DRIVERS but it seems it will not accecpt any graphic drivers..but on the other hand..the WLAN driver can be updated..

/..I tried to update the DRIVERS through WINDOW SETTINGS>UPDATE AND SECURITY...same issue will occur..after i restart my LAPTOp to ..load the software i'd updated,,

nothing will happen and it will just display BLACK screen..

please help!

Immediately return the laptop to the vendor/seller as defective for a refund or exchange. In the future, do not update drivers unless there is a problem. Jack E/NJ

thank you for the advice! but the problem is, i did format this laptop month after i bought it, is this still covered by the warranty! back to the time i purchased this item,sellers said that they will only replace if MotherBoard problem will occur! i hope..this will be replaced by the seller!

any...other advice sir..

If you've had this more than a month, immediately arrange for warranty repair due to a display failure. Go here https://www.acer.com/ac/en/PH/content/support Enter your machine's serial number id (SNID) and either try to arrange for warranty repair on line or contact ACER by phone on Monday. Jack E/NJ

Sir! i already downloaded that software(s) from this site https://www.acer.com/ac/en/PH/content/support-product/7600?b=1&pn=NX.GYBSP.002&sn=81700057834,,but again..after i install the VGA software..the screen will turn into BLACK..i knew the laptop has not been shutdown or turnOff because i call still hear beep or sound every time..i move the move or click the keyboard!

Sorry for the inconvenience,but i dont know what to do will this laptop..this item is for installment bases..i cannot take it..to pay for installment every month..where my item is not operational.

Hope you can help me .even in an advice(s) what to do..Thank you.Happy New year!

NO! Not the download page for software & drivers. Don't try to fix this with downloads. Arrange for an ACER warranty repair for a defective display.

Click on the ACER Contact button to get here https://www.acer.com/ac/en/PH/content/service-contact Phone one of the numbers listed on Monday morning. Also send an email to aphi.service@acer.com and request warranty service for a display failure. Include your SNID and phone number. Do this now.
