Hi,

I searched the site and found some references to the same issue on other models but no solution for the 6920. If I D/L the Audio driver for the 6920g would that fix the problem? The laptop does have sound but it's using a Win 10 driver and the good sound that existed on Vista is gone. If anyone has a link to the driver I need or a way to get it from Dolby, it would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance

You can try to install the WinVista audio drivers in Win10's WinVista mode. Right click on the WinVista driver's executable EXE file. Choose properties. Then the compatibility tab. Then click run box to run in WinVista mode. Jack E/NJ
