My model: Acer Predator Helios 300
                8GB ram
                i5 7th gen
                4GB GTX1050Ti.
Its 1 yr and 3 months old.
Once I switch on my laptop the fans crank upto 4000 RPM stays the same or goes even higher until I turn it off...PLZ HELP, its so annoying.
                Thank You in advance.

Open predator sense and make sure the fan speed is set to auto.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

What is the temperature of the CPU and GPU? If it is around 30-40C then 4000rpm is not normal. You can try re-installing predator sense and if that doesn't help try resetting the battery.

Check your temps i am guessing your thermal paste is completely dry u should repaste ate least once a year or when you note high temps i recommend repaste it asap i have repasted mine first 2 weeks i got it an the thermal paste applied by acer was completely stone dry i repasted with kryonaut (dropped 20+) also undervolted (not that i needed it but just for fun) i have cpu 70-75 max gpu 65-70 on ultra all games and on idle i have cpu 38 gpu 32 min also optimize windows if you haven't done it already and i also recommend upgrading your ram to 16 minimum (8gb not enough) just get another 8gb 2666 sodimm same CL/Clock and you will be fine (this if you have one single 8gb sodimm which i think its the case as its the same model as mine)
