There battery might go bad soon. So its better once the unit goes to 100% remove the charger and use it, After the battery reduces than plug the charger to charger it back.

@Jack22 sorry but i completely disagree with you on your statement it's not true at all you can and should leave the charger always on like @Deejay_tech said no issues here  the laptop should be always on AC unless you are moving it somewhere where u have to use battery and the battery will not overcharge once it reaches 100% or get damaged and there will be no static into the board as u said as the battery will only start to charge again if it drops down under 95% i have mine always on AC 24/7 365/366 days p year you can check yourself what i am stating if u get battery bar pro to check the battery stats hope this time this answers you question mr @hkSai

Dont allow the charger to be connected even after the laptop reaches to 100% charger. There will be static charger formed on the motherboard it will not allow the unit to turn on some times. To remove the static energy you need to do power drain and sometimes it can ruin the battery as well
power drain: Just check the back of the unit, you can find a pin hole , unplug the charger and turn off the unit. now put a paper clip in the small pin hole and press and hold it for 30 sec.

First we need to know the exact model you have to be able to answer correctly the pinhole battery reset it's to drain the power completely as the battery it's not removable unless you disassemble it and manually disconnect it (do not advise it as the battery is needed to aid the power adapter when this one cannot generate enough power supply to support high demanding tasks/games) the purpose of that pinhole situated under the laptop it's to drain all power from the laptop completely to fix sometimes black screen issues bios issues etc... by the side of the camera its usually a small hole the microphone but as i dunno what's the exact model you have i cannot say exactly what it might be hope this helps

PS: my advice to everyone always game on AC not on battery and you can leave it always on and connected to AC no issues there at all and make sure on nvcp you have the nvidia as the defaut gpu and you can also set it per app/game
