A717-72G-75QU Sound turns off

Hi 

I am using A717-72G-75QU while playing games or watching videos all of sudden sound turns off and I have to restart my laptop in order to fix this.
I checked the reliability history and its showing RAVBg64.exe has crashed.

I went to device manager to update the sound drivers and apparently sound drivers are already latest ones.

Any help to fix this issue will be highly appreciated.

    Uninstall these drivers. Exit Device Manager without re-installing anything. Reboot and let Windows auto re-detect and re-install the drivers. Jack E/NJ

    Thanks Jacke so far re-installation is working fine. 
    I hope this is permanent solution I will update here otherwise.
