why is my mic on my headset not being used nitro an515-53

I have the acer nitro an515-53 and I have been using it to game with for a few months now since I bought it though I cant use a gaming headset's microphone only the built in one. I wanna start streaming my games but I sound bad with the built in microphone. I have looked at all the other posts and none of the "solutions" seem to work
first things first I don't see the name of my headset in the play back devices
second when I click trouble shoot it says that the jack port is on left hand side but if im facing the screen it is on the right
third I can hear with the headset just cant use the microphone
forth im sure it is the correct jack
is there something I am missing please help me I wanna use my headsets microphone

Al conectar un auricular a mi me aparece una notificación que es para configurar la entrada de audio, tienes que colocarlo para que ella agarre audio de ahi, te dejo una foto, espero que te ayude
