I'm needing a windows  boot disc,the windows system is 7 home Prem, i probably need 7 boot up disc then upgrade to windows above 8.1 ,anyway have a good  xmas and a merry new year, very genuinely grateful and willing to  return a favour sometime  xx Yerrard

    You don't need a boot disk. Shut the computer completely off. Then turn it back on again and immediately press and hold the ALT key while tapping the F10 key. A recovery screen should appear as in the video below to either reset the computer to a factory fresh state or refresh it while trying to save your personal files. Jack E/NJ
