Hi, I have an ACER Aspire E15 model N15W4 ES1-571Series (windows10 preinstalled). The issue is the HDD died (after some weeks making weird sounds).
I bought a SSD, I replaced the HDD... but a "Non bootable Device" message is shown. If I created a removable USB Windows 10 installer, and then I get a "Security Boot Fail".
It has sense (as the BIOS must be UEFI configured by default). But I am unable to access the BIOS in any way for disabling Security:
- I have tried pressing F2 (with and without holding it before pressing power button).
- I have tried  with other keys and combiantions....
- I have also tried entering BIOS with no HDD installed, and with the new unformatted SDD, and both the SDD and the USB devide....
- I have removed the CMOS battery for hours.
- I have pressed the pinhole for 5 seconds and for 20 seconds.
But any try to enter BIOS is unsuccessfull. Nothing works.
Please, could you help me? The computer is barely one year old.
Thanks in advance.
