Hello,
First of all my pc is Predator helios 300 G3-572 : 16Gb ram , gtx1060 ,i7 7700HQ ( i dont think this will help :p )

So i just added a new NVME M.2 samsung evo 500 gb  and i have a problem in my partition .
Basically i did all the cloning from hdd to ssd , and now is the SSD the one who boots but the only problem is that i have my 500 gb splitted into 2
(C:) apparently contains windows and other stuff with 250gb space and the other is (D:) 250gb was  apparently created because i have splitted my HDD before into two disks .
And my HDD still contains its files as before and splitted in 2 disks as before too ( 250gb and 750gb ) .
So what should i do to have a whole 500gb SSD that has the OS ?

This is what i thought about as a solution : delete all of the files in the second disk (D:) since the files exist in the HDD and somehow add those 250gb to (C:)
but the thing is , i dont know how !

Thanks in advance

Right-click computer, at left panel you will find "disk management". Clicking it you will see the physical discs and its partitions. There you can delete the partition, it will become unallocated space. And, finally, this space you can add to expand the partition you want to.

I never got problems creating new partitions, but a friend of mine once told me he had trouble merging them. But it was a much more older system. If the main partition is defragmented and having free space, theres little room for any issue to occur.

Nothing peaks at the same time...

use 3rd party partition manager apps.
like Aomei partition assistant. to merge the partitions.

Use easeus partiton master first backup the second 250gb partition if u need any files from there then  delete the partition and after expand the c partition with the unallocated space and thats it it the space will be merged into you existing partition the same procedure to resize/shrink and create another one from any existing one

PS: it will never work with windows disk manager as it's very limited (aka rubbish)

Are the empty space and c: the only partitions, or the installation created system reserved parts? If I recall well, you can only merge partitions if they are physically adjacent in the disk, and a system partition could be not allowing it.

Yes you are right this is why i use easeus to move the partitions i had a similar case once where the unallocated was in the end but i had t partitions before the c that i wanted to expand  i just moved them to the end and expanded the system

Having the whole 500 GB for OS is sheer wastage. Keep 120 GB for Windows and rest for other things like games and such (not documents; these are best on normal HDD and then mapping windows folders to point to these). Keep windows partition only for windows and programs install. This way your disk image too stays small in case you want to restore OS at any point of time in future.
