ACER returned my faulty laptop with a new issue

I am returning the entire thing and will never use ACER again. But I need the laptop today.

Issue before was my audio and video would slur and blur when connected to HDMI. 

Now, the issue is when I connect it to HDMI, no matter what I do, the dimensions are wrong. This NEVER happened before I sent them it. I have another laptop here and that works fine connected.

I have tried every dimension possible: TV controls and laptop display settings. Every possible option has been attempted. I am stuck with half a screen on TV.

ACER have literally sent me a machine back with a new flaw it never had before. Unreal.

Anyone help before this gets thrown out the window?

    Try a full factory-fresh reset using the ALT+F10 cold boot method shown below. It's best to try a reset with router disconnected from the internet before Win10updates can mess it up again and before system protection can be turned on in Control Panel's restore point app. Jack E/NJ
