Why does this company not send confirmation emails?

I recently bought a acer Chromebook and it has still not sent me a confirmation email so that I can keep track of when it will arrive. This is very unprofessional and should never happen due to theft and lost items. It is especially annoying because you guys have already managed to take the money out of my account, but not send an email? This is not a question, but a major concern and red flag.
