ACER PREDATOR HELIOS 300 RANDOM SHUT DOWN AND NOT TURNING ON WHEN NOT ON AC ADAPTER

After playing even slightly graphic intense games like warframe or CS:GO,Crysis 2 if i unplug the charger it just switches off instantly this is at least what ive observed. But this has also happened when it was unplugged and was just watching shows or coding where it would randomly shut off and sometimes it would turn on when i pressed the power button and sometimes not what may be the issue? and ive got this only 9-10 months ago....is it because i haven't given it for servicing and the thermal paste has probably worn out?

power drain: Just check the back of the unit, you can find a pin hole , unplug the charger and turn off the unit. now put a paper clip in the small pin hole and press and hold it for 30 sec.

BIOS default: After power drain is done, power on the unit, but as soon as you power on the unit keep pressing the F2 key so that it take you to BIOS page. Press F9 and press Enter than press F10 and press Enter. the unit will restart
