System Model: Predator PH315-51
I checked serial number of both bios and chasis; they match. I also checked the SSD use time and it is fine.

You can only find out if it's refurbished if:
1 when you bought it it said refurbished (in this case always check if the seller gives any warranty)
2 the price was much lower that the official retail price (unless its a sale)
3 when you first boot windows and there are still left overs in the hdd from the previous owner

apart from this i don't see any other viable way to really state that it was refurbished or not checking bios and model has nothing to do with it

It would be advertised as refurbished. When shipped, it arrives in a standard cardboard box, air bubble protection, and the AC adapter. There is no shiny box with graphics and listed specs. It is very much different than the standard OEM packaging.

I could tell no difference in my laptop after receiving it refurbished. The SSD was brand new with no use, the OS was a new install. It was clean with no fingerprints, it looked untouched. Had it been a blind test, comparing "new" versus "refurbished", I could tell no difference in anything other than the price and the box it came in. Now several months later, I'm super happy with the purchase still.

SSD usage is a dead shot giveaway for usage check.

Just as a note for the next person reading this:

You can use HWiNFO to get the stats of your disks (SSD or HHD).

    Good luck!
