Guys, how can I disable boot mode if my only options are UEFI and Legacy ?

I'm trying to use Phoenix emulator but I can't because of the boot and I can't disable it cuz I don't find the option, I looked it up and I think I have the version that can't be disabled and if I do then is there any way I can disable it ?
