I have been trying to get through to customer service for a little over a year now and now I am over the warranty period. My headset stopped working on day 3 of use, and I used it to play 2 games. (Project cars and Dirt Rally)
The controllers stopped tracking. I put new batteries in and nothing happened. Then they stopped working entirely, and I am getting no signal through the headset anymore. SO it has been sitting in the corner of the room for about a year now because I have tried multiple computers and followed a ton of trouble shooting tasks all over the internet and not one thing has fixed it. PLEASE for the love of god help me. I hope I did not waste 400 bucks.
