Frustrated - VR Headset

I have been trying to get through to customer service for a little over a year now and now I am over the warranty period. My headset stopped working on day 3 of use, and I used it to play 2 games. (Project cars and Dirt Rally) 

The controllers stopped tracking. I put new batteries in and nothing happened. Then they stopped working entirely, and I am getting no signal through the headset anymore. SO it has been sitting in the corner of the room for about a year now because I have tried multiple computers and followed a ton of trouble shooting tasks all over the internet and not one thing has fixed it. PLEASE for the love of god help me. I hope I did not waste 400 bucks.

    Do you mean that you got no response from or couldn't get thru to any of the US customer service contact methods on the ACER service link at the bottom of this page or this link https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support?
