Creating a USB recovery image from recovery partition

The title says it all. I have an Aspire A515-41G and I'll install an SSD on the M.2 slot.

I've noticed that I can't upgrade the AMD video card drivers on this laptop, or else I'll get random crashes. Acer support says I should take this to AMD. AMD says I should talk to the Acer support. But as long as I don't upgrade the drivers, it works fine.

So basically I need to re-install Windows with the *EXACT* image that the factory reset uses. How can I create a bootable USB drive with the factory recovery image?

There seem to be two different solutions and I'd like to know if anyone has actual experience with one of them:

Acer eRecovery Management

Acer Care Center

Thanks a lot!

Simple. Driver updates are mainly for machines with problems. Rule of thumb---don't update drivers unless you're trying to resolve a problem and the update description addresses that problem. Updates don't always mean better.

Both image solutions lead you to the same ACER Recovery Management.  Right click on the Windows start button. Search Acer Care Center. Click recovery management. Click create factory backup.
