About having nitro sense installed in Predator Helios 300 i5 8th generation Laptop.

I recently bought a Predator Helios 300 i5 8th generation laptop(PH315-51). After getting the laptop , When i was running it the first time I saw few weird things that make me doubt about the Laptop.
When I started the laptop There were the following observations I saw : -
1. There was NitroSense app installed instead of the PredatorSense app. Because Nitrosense app is for the Nitro series laptop.
2. The desktop Background was of the Acer Nitro series and not predator.
3. In About my PC the name of laptop is showing as NITRO AN515-52.
These things made me little worry about my laptop like I got the faulty model or what.
But when i checked in System information( msinfo) It showed the right model name and specificaiton. I also checked in cmd it also showing the correct.
When i opened the Acer Care app it also showed the correct model name and specification.

Now my question is that what is happening with me ? Is it the problem with software or anything else like wrong software loaded in Hardware or anything else.
Please reply soon , Im worrying alot.

dont worry. by mistake nitro 5 software is loaded in your predator helios laptop.

either take it to the acer service centre for proper software install
or if thats not feasible then clean install win10 home from microsoft iso image and install all drivers & apps from acer site for your model #.

Acer provides all of the applicable software for your model laptop here - https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/7603?b=1

It looks like they offer 2 version of Predator Sense for your model. Curious what the 'Female Edition' is?

The female edition it's for the white limited edition helios

As it was mentioned there is no other way someone pre-installed the wrong os image on you helios so either you leave it as it is, take it acer service to get the right os image installed or reinstall windows 10 yourself but attention if you do this you acer recovery partition is gone forever so if you need to recover to acer stock os you can't anymore so i recommend if you are really bothered with it take it to acer care center for them to fix it

What if I remove nitro sense and install predator sense myself? And how to change the name in settings? If it's done it's all right.

I'm planning to get a acer helios 300, is there a model that has i5 8th gen, gtx 1060 and a 144hz display? Cuz when i went to a computer store, they said they have one that cost about php 63k which is the same spec i said above. However, i dont find any of it on the internet. My main attraction of getting this laptop is the 144hz display and i am afraid after i buy it, i will get a 60hz display.
