Battery Drains fully in Sleep Mode

I got brand new Acer Spin 3 laptop and the battery is drained out completely in sleep mode.
When I checked after couple of hours it didn't start and I had to plug in the charger.


Is there something wrong with hardware or software, how do I investigate and resolve?

    1. Press Windows + X keys on the keyboard and select Control Panel
    2. Type Troubleshooting in the search bar on the Control Panel.
    3. Click on View all on the left navigation pane.
    4. Click on Power to run the power troubleshooter.
    5. Click on Advanced on the power troubleshooter dialog box and click on Run as administrator (Enter the credentials if required).
    6. Click on Next and follow onscreen instruction complete the Power troubleshooter
