acer aspire v3 771 gaming/charging problem

Okay, so I got this Acer aspire v3 771 for Christmas this year and was super excited to game on it. I started Skyrim on it and it was fine for a bit, soon after, I heard the noises for when you plug and unplug your charger going back and forth as well as the screen brightness going back and forth with them. I had gotten the game from a reliable source (steam) and was sure it was not the game, however  I still uninstalled steam, and the game and then reinstalled them. Thinking it could just be Skyrim, I tried the witcher 2....same problem. Then I thought it was just downloaded games, so I ran total war shogun 2 off of a disk...same thing. So my warranty guys wiped the laptop and we even restored the default system config. Nothing worked. Had best buy send it outand the said they did an eight hour straight stress est and found nothing, sent it back and did not charge me since they did nothing to help. when I got it back skyrim worked for like five hours, then the same  happened.   Also, when in this charger freak out mode, if I move the charger a certain way, it is okay for a VERY short period of time, however it can not be just the hardware because even if it is in the middle of a fit, exiting the game stops it right away and the problem has never occured while not playing a game. Here are the specs of my laptop if it helps. btw, I am running windows 7

intel(R) core(tm) i5-2450m cpu @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz

6.00 GB of RAM  64-bit operating system

Nvidia Geforce GT 630m 2gb
