Hello. After format windows 10, Predator Sense software dGpu as idle all times. Not seeing clock speed, usage and temo too. In games, benchmarking (with %100 dGpu usage) etc. I googled and tried every solution that written in this forum.
PS: I noticed downloaded version of Predator Sense (3.01.3002) comes as Windows 10 market app. Maybe these apps can't read dGpu. Actually I don't remember how was predator sense that comes with factory install os (desktop software or win10 market app). I downloaded windows 10 media creation tool to create bootable usb than formatted with it.
Model : Acer Helios 300 Predator PH315-51 - 15 inch 2018 144hz Model
Clues- Bought from Amazon.
- Came with English OS, I formatted to different Windows language.
- My predator sense is not English because changed Windows language.
- Windows 10 uptodate.
- Nvidia drivers uptodate.
- All Acer drivers downloaded from Acer web site.
- I am not using any antivirus software.
- Under voltaged with Throttlestop
- Bios uptodate. (v1.19)
- Msi afterburner, aida 64, gpuz etc. seeing my dGpu without any problem.
What've I tried so far:- Disable fast boot and hibernate and restart.
- Put sleep&wake-up
- Uninstall Nvidia driver with DDU and install via device manager update (not latest) and try to run predator sense
- Uninstall Nvidia driver with DDU and install latest version from GeForce experience and try to run predator sense
- Reinstall Intel VGA drivers (uninstalled via DDU)
- Reinstall Acer predator sense maybe 5 times
- Windows 10 apps background sync open for Predator Sense.
- Changed nvidia and integrated cpu for Predator Sense.
- Reinstall & repair turboost drivers from Acer web site.
- Reinstall Predator Helios Female Edition
- Uninstall Msi after burner with revo uninstaller.
- Force shutdown with pression power button while predator sense is open.
- Unplug second monitor
But my problem is persist. Predator Sense doesn't see dGPU. Any more suggestion?
