Team, just like I described, it has done it a few times. I have turned it off and then back on and all is well but it seems to be doing it a bit more often. I made a recording of it today. A link to the youtube video. Is it terminal, repairable? It is still within the 1 year warranty period. Thank you in advance!

When it happens, try to HDMI out to a TV. If the TV seems OK, then the LCD video ribbon cable is probably being scrunched in the hinge area from opening and closing the lid too much. If it's still under warranty, arrange for warranty service pronto before it runs out. Jack E/NJ

Yeah, that's pretty obviously a video crash. Have you tried a powerwash? (Backup your data first.) That should deal with any potential software issues. If that doesn't fix it I'd go with the warranty from Acer support. Better to have it fully dealt with before that warranty runs out. Keep that data backup handy and you can just restore to the new machine.
