How do i reinstall OSD.exe?(Acer gateway NE46Rs1 )

Im using Acer gateway NE46Rs1 
I accidentally uninstalled OSD.exe 
Son fn keys working but no popup msgs like volume indication,radio on /off...
What should i do.....But i have that folder OSD with all images and osdctrl.exe etc...
