I just purchased an Acer Predator X34P and was looking forward to some fantastic gaming, but am very disappointed with the framerate. I used to get good framerates on old system but with my new ninja stealth beast, it has dropped dramatically. I'm unsure what I can do to fix it. Can anyone help?

OLD SYSTEM:
intel i7 4770 3.40 GHZ/3.90 GHZ CPU
intel DH87MC ATX Motherboard
Kingston 16GB DDR3 1600 RAM
Gigabyte NVidia GeForce GTX950 PCI Express card 16GB Ram
Benq XL2420Z monitor

NEW SYSTEM:
Intel i7-8700K 3.70/4.70 GHZ CPU
Coolermaster ML240L Liquid Cooler
ASUS H370 Pro-Gaming Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance Pro 32GB RAM Kit
Samsung 970 EVO M.2 1TB SSD
Seagate 8TB Ironwolf NAS SATA 7200RPM Hard Drive
ASUS ROG STRIX 8GB RTX 2080 OC PCI Express Card
Inwin TUF Gaming Tower with Antec 750W 80+ Gold PSU
Integrated HD Audio Card
MS Windows 10 Home 64 Bit
Acer X34P Predator 34” Curved Monitor
Corsair K95 RGB Platinum Mechanical Keyboard
Logitech Proteus Spectrum G502 Programmable Gaming Mouse
Cambridge Soundworks Four Point Surround FPS1600
Logitech G35 7.1-Channel Surround Sound Gaming Headset

I loaded up a couple of games that were graphics-intensive (FarCry5, The Division, Ghost Warrior Wildlands etc) that have benchmark tests, and the best I could get was 4 frames a second (connecting up with HDMI because I couldn't get DP to work {as I had both connected}. I disconnected HDMI, and DP worked, but no improvement in framerate).

What's wrong with this system? It SHOULD be able to run ANYTHING at more than 60 FPS.

Any PC Gurus able to pinpoint a problem? Any help provided will be gratefully received.
