My laptop was performing decent earlier and there was a PXE ROM Error. In order to fix the error, I Disabled the Network Boot Mode and then turned on Direct Play option in Windows features.
Recently I also installed two games, namely- GTA Sanandreas and Burnout Paradise.
Since then I dont exactly know how performance was significantly dropped it just feels like lagging alot.
Can any one please suggest me why did this happen and how can I fix it to atleast get the performance like earlier.?

Open Control Panel. Search restore point. Click create a restore point in the left panel. Click the system restore button. Next. Checkmark the show more restore points box. Check for restore point that coincides with the date it dropped suddenly. Jack E/NJ
