Helios 500 stuttering and frame skipping?

Hi there!
I have a problem with my new Helios 500 laptop.
I have tried several games and all shared the same problem, the only difference was that in some games it was less noticable.
The problem with the default VGA driver is microstuttering, despite using G-Sync all games had some sort if noticable suttering.
I updated to the latest NVidia driver and it made the games smoother, however now I have random hitching/frame skipping.
I have tried Windows 1809 and the default 1709 too. Both same problem.
Temps are perfectly fine and the problem happens even when I disable CPU TDP limit unlock and GPU overclock.
BIOS has been updated to 1.16.

What can be the problem?

All games on this Intel model have problems even when the FPS is above 60.
I have tried the AMD model too of this laptop and when the FPS was above 60, the games on the AMD model looked smoother.

    Hi @fejerm
Just check if v-sync is turned on in games you play...That could possibly cause stuttering. If it's on, turn it off.

Disabling VSync does not solve the issue.
Tried factory installed 1709, clean 1803 and 1809 and 3 different Nvidia drivers.
    All had this issue .

Rolling back to BIOS 1.06 did not help.

Did not try newer games but older games like Rise of the Tomb Raider, Metro 2033 Redux, Alan Wake, Battlefield 1, Far Cry 4 had this issue.

Any other idea? Or I am the only one experiencing this? Just tried Ac Origins and it is a stuttering mess...

Okay I am starting to get fed up with this garbage laptop.
It is very nice that it does not have the GSync bug which most Asus laptops with 120-144 hz screen have and the cooling is fantastic, CPU with unlocked TDP does not go above 80C with factory paste and auto fan...however the stuttering kills it all.
I have tried 10 games and all have hitching/stuttering. 99% of the time they run smooth but the remaining 1% of hitching / stuttering kills the mood.
I have had several GSync laptops in the past with several kind of video cards and none had this problem. If they did installing a different VGA driver solved it.
However here no matter what windows or driver I install, the issue only gets less annoying but does not get completely fixed...

I have monitored GPU and CPU clocks and when a hitching happens they remain stable.

I try to find a fix for 1 more day then I am returning it ...first I thought this is the best laptop I had but the constant hitching/stuttery image ruined it.
Disabling VSync is a no go because that intorduces a new kind of stuttering.

I doubt it is relevant, but when I first plugged in the ac adapter it gave a really loud hissing noise. It got much less quite now and now I can only hear it if I get close to it.
