acer predator triton 700 PT715-51-72BR touchpad not working

I've been owning my laptop for almost a year and it starts to get a bit dusty. after a while opening my laptop and cleaning the insides carefully, and screwing everything back on I realized everything is working perfectly except for my glass touchpad. I tried rebooting to bios but there is no touchpad setting. I also tried doing Fn+F7 to try again but still, nothing changed. I tried to see the device manager and see what is wrong and I see my I2C HID device not working (code 10)


I already tried cleaning it again thoroughly and try to uninstall the driver for it to automatically reinstall again. well after all those efforts, the touchpad still did not work. was that really the problem? or should I try something else?
