Thermal Pad Thicknesses on the Helios 500 (i9)

So I've already used Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut on my H500, and now I'd like to upgrade the thermal pads.  Only thing is, I don't know what thickness each component uses.  I want to say its either 1mm or 1.5mm.  Does anyone know what parts use what thickness pads, or if they are all the same, and what size?

Oh, and BTW, I will likely NOT be using liquid metal TIM on this.  I know the heatsink is copper, but I think there is still some kind of long-term damage that occurs anyway.  And it may be a long time before a replacement heatsink assembly is available for purchase.

This is the pad I'm considering right now.  I have others in mind as backups, but this one would be perfect.

    The original thermal pads are very good quality. But I changed those and i used for it 
    Gelid Solutions GP Extreme thermal pads .That is much better thermal conductivity 12W/mk . The first time i used the thermel grizzly Kryonaut for repaste  CPU,GPU ,it wasn't bad, but next time i tried Phobya NanoGrease Extreme 16W/mk paste and i got better results. I recommended Phobya NanoGrease Extreme.

    Why? Having thermal issues on your Helios 500? Mine is ***** cool, running at 70°C on full CPU load (8750H), 41°C idle.

    Same machine, 44 idle, never had any heat issuses no matter what i threw at it either with fans at auto/with cool boost on. I dont get those complaints here, may be im the only one how is just playing games and doing some paperwork and browsing apart from you.

    My only comment here is : if it's working fine why try to fix what isn't broken most of the times ends up by getting worse unless it has an issue i wouldn't touch it

    Big difference between "working fine" and "working better".  I do a lot of system-intensive work, and see my CPU throttling more often than I'd like.  Plus, better cooling doesn't really have a downside, so if I can improve it, I really don't see why not.

    I was talking about the normal average user which as you replied you aren't :) i also like to always improve whatever i can and as i stated above my advice only extends to the normal user

    I gotcha.  Sorry if it sounds like I snipped a little.  Rough day at home today.

    But yes, I'm looking to get the absolute MOST out of this laptop.  The new thermal paste dropped by average temps down about 9 degrees, which is pretty decent.  But I'd like to cut that down by way of better thermal pads.  Only thing is that I need to know the thicknesses of each pad material, so I can calculate how much of each thickness pad I need to get.
