My laptop is Acer Aspire 4732Z. It's been years though since it's broken.
When I turn on the laptop, it does turn on. But only the startup (before logo). Then, it shows me a whole black screen with "_" symbol at top left corner, as if I could type somethin there. When I tried to type somethin, it didn't show anythin. And after several attempts, it start to make beeping sound as I try to type something. There's nothing I could do (I can't even enter safe mode). The only things left is entering the "Phoenix SecureCore(tm) Setup Utility" (Don't know what's that for)
Does anyone have any solution about this?

The product key is embedded on the mainboard chip so it can't be lost. If your machine came factory installed with Win7, then you can re-install  and re-activate Win7 since the installation automatically reads this product key.

So this still means you can either use this link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows7   to  create a recovery USB stick to re-install a generic version of Win7 for free. But then you will have to install device drivers that don't work properly from this link https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/1234?b=1

Or you can go to the ACER store here https://store.acer.com/en-us/extended/recovery/ and try to purchase the ACER flavored Win7 that has all the correct drivers for your machine. Price about $46 USD.

Have you tried a factory reset outside of Windows with Alt + F10 at the Acer splash screen?
Did you try the Windows Reinstall recovery medium?
The Pheonix Utility is used to reinstall the BIOS firmware, which may be corrupted.

I've just tried the factory reset with Alt + F10. Now it show a message "HDD recovery validation failed ! Press any key to continue ..." I tried to press any key and nothing happens.
What is windows reinstall recovery medium and how do I use it?
I don't have any idea whether the BIOS is corrupted. If it's corrupted, what should I do?
Sorry if i asked too much, im not good at these things

If your operating system is Windows 7, you will need the Windows 7 reinstall medium (DVD/USB).  If you don't have it, download a copy from here & use the Download Tool.  You need to know whether it is 32 or 64 bit & have your license key handy.  After reinstalling Windows 7, hopefully you will be able to boot into it.
If not, we will need to think about fixing the BIOS.
It's perfectly fine to ask as many questions as you like.  There is no other way to learn.

Turn the machine completely off. Then turn it back on and immediately start tapping the F2 key to enter the BIOS menu. Check to make sure the hard drive is fully recognized in the Information tab. If it is, press F10 to save settings and exit the BIOS menu. If it now boots OK, you probably need to change your BIOS CMOS coin cell battery on the mainboard. Jack E/NJ

Thanks for your suggestion, I'll download it now, but i wonder what do you mean by 'license key'. If it something that looks like a key, i didn't get any even when I bought the computer. Where can I get the key?

    JackE:
I'm actually confused what do you mean by fully recognized haha. But if it means something like those "XXXXXX..." then my computer can recognize it. It's like WDC WD1600.... But when I exit the BIOS menu it still won't boot, it keeps return to the black page as if I can put some code or sth (Just I can't type anything tho, only "_" symbol).

You can either use this link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows7   to  create a recovery USB stick to re-install a generic version of Win7 for free if Win7 was originally installed. But then you will have to install device drivers that don't work properly from this link https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/1234?b=1

If however your  machine had either WinVista or WinXP factory installed, they are no longer supported and you may not get it to work properly with Win7.

The license key or product key should be on a label on the side or back of the device.
If the label has fallen off, here are some workarounds.

Sorry for the late reply, I was kind of busy preparing for the exam.

JackE: Since I've lost my product, I don't think I can reinstall the windows, but I'll try the drivers. Is it okay to only copy the drivers without the windows?

Wins: I've read the workarounds but I can't get to my desktop, so I can't run the product key finder program in my laptop. I wonder if there's another thing that I could do about it
