    Hei, Hell, Hi,
If you're having any kind of bios problem on Acer Aspire Laptop, just follow the path as at the end of my process when actually i get back my bios(i mean screen dead/ blank/black....etc.)
    1. Download to your own configuration bios update by acer official.

2.Extract it 2 times(1st the download file and secondly the windows file).

    3. After extracting your windows file which is ZQR_1.0.8w.exe(for aspire 5349), you will find #ZQR.fd which straigstly copy to the your desire usb drive.

4.Then, blv me you can find various suggestion on everywhere which can make you frustrating. So download only #CRIDISK and by extracted you got plenty of file but you have to copy 3 files on your usb drive which is BIOS.wph   , MINIDOS.SYS   and  PHLASH16
    5. Now all you have to is shut the laptop off and then battery (plug of completely).
    6. Then put the usb on laptop and hold the pressing on #fn_keys with #esc

    7. Then put only the charging line into laptop and press the power button.

8.When you listen the laptop running sound, just free the pressed of power button, ESC keys and fn keys by step by step.

    9. Finally, you can see the led blinking of both laptop and USB stick. After maximum 4-5 minutes you can get back to your screen as you desire for.

Special thanks to the below following adviser, you guyz help me to be succeed.

Were you able to download BIOS v.1.0.8 for your device & is it compatible with your operating system?
Were you able to extract the ZQR.fd file?
    Does the
Phoenix/Insyde Tool v2.50 file contain a Readme text file which explains how to use the tool?

Yes, i downloaded BIOS v.1.0.8 with compatible on my OS(win-7 home premium 32 bit) and also able to extract my ZQR.fd by 7 zip v9.20 from the ZQR_108w.exe file. But when i put ZQR.fd into
Phoenix/Insyde Tool v2.50 then two window came up.
    1.  Recovery File names are: ZQRr.f?(click ok)

    2. Header(INSYDEHuronRib SLIC) (×1)   Pubkey (x1)
    Marker. (2.1) (ACRSYSACPRDCT) .(×1)

And then clicking ok, it indicated that choose the path of SLIC File, SLP File, RAW File. I have no idea about this file and where it should be or whatever it should be selected. For that, i am totally confused and have no Idea what exactly it commands me to do.
Morever, The .txt file existed but its not making any sense like new users(me). So please help me by with easy-full description to what should i do for SLIC,SLP,RAW Files ? (Before intialiini wincrisis)

O.K., attach the Readme (text file) that accompanied the Phoenix/Insyde Tool.  To attach the text file, use this macro: from the toolbar.

The README option is not .txt version. It is .pdf version. I am attaching it

You're right.  The Readme is written for developers & it is difficult to understand.  I think my brain will work better after supper.
Don't be discouraged.  We will find a solution.

ToeKneeO made no mention of the SLIC,SLP, RAW files in the tutorial, so let's forget about them for the time being.
Assuming that you've already formatted the USB drive (Steps 1, 2 &3), you will need to copy
    ZQR.fd, MINIDOS.SYS, PHLASH16.EXE & BIOS.WPH
(from WINCRISIS) to the flash drive.  The image below will give you a rough idea of the copy & paste process. Of course your 4 files will be different from the illustration.

Follow Steps 8 & 9 of the tutorial. We will keep our fingers crossed.
If the above fails, I have other ideas.

I am really thankful to you in very very advance. I dont know it will work for me or not but at last you gave me a real path to cross
I know if that process won't work out, you can get me out of this in another way.
I will get back to you very soon. At Last but not at the least, is it really necessary to have autorun.ico & autorun.info on my Transcend 8GB flash drive which is formatted by fat32(default) .

No, don't paste to the autorun.inf folder, even if you have one.  Confusing illustration, but only one available at the time.
All you have to do is drag your 4 files to the root directory of the USB.  See this explanation.
  • I'll try to help you!
    3) Extract the bios file by right-clicking it and you will see the ZQR.fd file. This is the correct file name:

    4) Convert the pendrive to mbr and format in fat32:

    5) Copy only the ZQR.fd file to the pendrive;
    5) unplug the notebook completely and disconnect the battery from the notebook;
    6) Press the power button for thirty seconds and the bios recovery procedure must be done with the battery disconnected
    7) Just plug the USB stick into one of the USB ports and press the fn + esc keys. With the fn + esc keys pressed, plug the notebook into an electrical outlet and press the power button. You'll hear the cooler spin hard, and then release the fn + esc keys! The flash drive will start blinking!
